Upcoming IPOs Next Week: Urban Company, Dev Accelerator, Shringar House Among 9 Issues; 7 Listings on the Cards
The IPO market is showing no signs of slowing down. The week beginning September 8, 2025, is set to bring another flurry of activity for investors, with nine initial public offerings (IPOs) lined up. Of these, three are mainboard issues—Urban Company, Dev Accelerator, and Shringar House of Mangalsutra—while six belong to the SME segment.
Adding to the buzz, seven companies are also slated to make their stock market debut next week. For investors, this means a packed calendar filled with both fresh opportunities and potential listing gains.
The Big Three: Mainboard IPOs
Urban Company IPO
Perhaps the most anticipated IPO of the lot, Urban Company Ltd is hitting the market with a ₹1,900 crore issue. The subscription window will remain open from September 10 to 12.
- Price Band: ₹98–₹103 per share
- Lot Size: 145 shares
- Fresh Issue: ₹472 crore
- Offer for Sale (OFS): ₹1,428 crore

A clutch of marquee investors, including Accel India, Elevation Capital, and Bessemer India Capital Holdings, will partially exit through the OFS route.
The company plans to direct the fresh capital toward technology upgrades, cloud infrastructure, office rentals, and marketing. As India’s largest tech-driven services marketplace spanning home maintenance and beauty care, Urban Company’s IPO is expected to see strong retail as well as institutional participation.
Dev Accelerator IPO
Next up is Dev Accelerator Ltd, the flexible office space provider operating under the brand DevX. Its ₹143.35 crore IPO will also run from September 10 to 12.
- Price Band: ₹56–₹61 per share
- Lot Size: 235 shares
- Issue Structure: 100% fresh issue (2.35 crore shares)
The funds will be channeled into expansion fit-outs, security deposits for new centres, debt repayment, and general corporate use. Established in 2017, DevX has quickly positioned itself as a rising player in India’s coworking and shared office solutions market.
Shringar House of Mangalsutra IPO
Jewellery maker Shringar House of Mangalsutra will also open its IPO between September 10 and 12, aiming to raise about ₹401 crore.
- Price Band: ₹155–₹165 per share
- Lot Size: 90 shares

The proceeds will largely fund working capital needs. Incorporated in 2009, the company specializes in crafting mangalsutras set in 18k and 22k gold, embellished with American diamonds, pearls, cubic zirconia, and semi-precious stones. Its niche positioning could appeal to investors looking at India’s fast-growing jewellery consumption story.

What It Means for Investors
The next week is shaping up to be one of the busiest in recent months. For retail investors, the Urban Company IPO stands out for its brand value and scale, while Dev Accelerator and Shringar House of Mangalsutra cater to different but fast-growing sectors.
The SME IPOs offer a chance to bet on niche businesses, though they typically come with higher risk and volatility. On the listings front, market participants will be watching how strong demand translates into debut-day performance.
